STEINBACH Germany MUSICAL JESTER CAROUSEL S203 Its A Small World IN ORIGINAL BOX

  

For sale is a 5 1/2 inch tall hand crafted and hand painted wooden musical carousel from Steinbach of West Germany, circa 1980s model S203. This features a Swiss made Reuge movement with a twirling jester that spins to the music of " It's A Small World ". The operation is wind-up with a sliding wood handle stop and start mechanism fastened on the side as pictured above. The sound and winding mechanism are in perfect working order. The top is fastened, not hinged, and does not open.

Very nice older vintage Steinbach piece made before the reunification of Germany. Excellent condition with no flaws to note and comes with the original foam box pictured above.
